1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on or using any part of the f999 platform – whether through the website at f999.bz, the f999 mobile app, or any other channel through which f999 services are made available – you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and f999. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of any f999 service after these Terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
Important: These Terms apply to all users of f999 regardless of how they access the platform – desktop browser, mobile browser, Android app or iOS app. The same rules apply across all access methods.
2 Eligibility & Registration
To register and maintain an active account on f999, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. f999 is strictly an adults-only platform and we do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to register or play.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
- You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information during registration. False information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
- You must not be a current or former employee of f999 or any of its associated companies, contractors or partners.
- You must be legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to participate in online gaming. It is your responsibility to confirm that your use of f999 complies with any laws or regulations that may apply to you personally.
f999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This includes but is not limited to a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.
Age Verification: f999 actively works to prevent underage gambling. If we have
reason to believe an account holder may be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during this period will be withheld until age is confirmed.
3 Account Rules
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one f999 account. Duplicate accounts – whether created under the same name, same CNIC, same device, same IP address or same payment method – are not permitted. If duplicate accounts are identified, f999 will close all but one account and may, at its discretion, forfeit any balances held in the duplicated accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Do not share your username, password or any one-time passwords (OTPs) with anyone else. f999 will never ask for your full password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.
- You must keep your registered contact details – including mobile number and email address – current and accurate at all times.
- Account transfers, sales or sharing between individuals are strictly prohibited.
- f999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where suspicious activity, fraudulent behaviour or policy violations are detected.
- Accounts that have had no login activity for twelve consecutive months may be classified as inactive. f999 will attempt to notify the account holder before any administrative action is taken on dormant accounts.
Account Security: Enable any available two-factor authentication options on your account. A secure account is your responsibility as much as it is ours.
4 Deposits & Payments
f999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The list of available payment methods may be updated from time to time – the current available options will always be shown on the Deposit page.
- All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted under any circumstances.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
- f999 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Check with your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account for any applicable fees.
- Deposits made via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on the processing time of the respective institution.
- If a deposit does not reflect in your f999 wallet within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number for investigation.
Note: f999 only accepts funds intended for gaming. Depositing amounts you cannot comfortably afford to lose as entertainment is discouraged. Please review our
Responsible Gaming guidelines before depositing.
5 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests on f999 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised fund transfers. Withdrawals to a different method may require additional verification.
- Only verified accounts are eligible to process withdrawals. If your account has not yet completed identity verification, you will be prompted to do so before your first withdrawal is released.
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframes indicated at the time of request. Processing times vary by payment method – mobile wallet withdrawals are generally faster than bank transfers.
- f999 does not deduct platform fees from withdrawal amounts. You receive the full amount requested, subject to any fees applied by your own payment provider.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of request.
- Pending withdrawal requests may be cancelled by the player before processing begins. Once processing has started, cancellation is not possible.
- f999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, policy violations or incomplete verification.
Bonus Funds: Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real-money balances that have met any applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus withdrawal rules.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
f999 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players. These may include welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and sports betting promotions tied to events such as PSL, T20 internationals and other cricket fixtures. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published alongside the offer.
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
- Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus balance, which is separate from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met using bonus funds before any conversion to withdrawable balance occurs.
- Different game types may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Sports betting, slots, fish games and live casino games may have different contribution rates – these are specified per promotion.
- f999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to cancel bonuses that have been claimed through methods not consistent with normal player behaviour or that appear to be part of a coordinated bonus-abuse strategy.
- Players suspected of exploiting bonus terms – including using multiple accounts, coordinated betting or other manipulation – will have bonuses cancelled and accounts reviewed.
- A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings generated from a bonus. This limit, where applicable, will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms.
Tip: Always read the individual terms of a promotion before claiming it. Pay particular attention to the wagering requirement, the time limit to complete wagering, and any game restrictions.
7 Sports Betting Rules
The f999 sports betting section covers cricket – including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and ICC tournaments – as well as football, esports and other sports. Betting is subject to the following rules in addition to the general terms:
- Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. Odds are subject to change before confirmation – the odds shown on your bet slip at confirmation are the final odds applied.
- f999 reserves the right to void or restrict bets where a technical error has caused obviously incorrect odds to be displayed. In such cases, bets will be settled at the correct odds or voided, and stakes returned.
- Bets placed on an event that has already started (except for live in-play markets) may be voided at f999's discretion if it is determined the event was underway at the time of placement.
- Live betting markets operate in real time. Connection issues on the player's side do not entitle a player to void a live bet already accepted by the system.
- In the event of a match or event being cancelled, abandoned or postponed, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless the event resumes within a specified window, as detailed in the betting rules applicable to each sport.
- Maximum bet amounts per market apply and may vary by event, market type and the player's account tier. These limits are enforced at the time of bet placement.
- f999 reserves the right to limit the betting activity of any account where unusual patterns are identified, without being required to provide a specific reason to the player.
8 Casino & Game Rules
All casino games, fish games, bingo and other games available in the f999 game lobby operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are independent and random – previous results do not influence future results in any game.
- Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slots and other games reflect theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for an individual session.
- In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved according to the game's internal state at the point of disconnection. If the game cannot be resolved, the wager will be returned to the player's balance.
- Fish game session rules, including ammunition costs and prize structures, are governed by the specific rules of each fish game title. Players should review these before playing.
- Bingo games operate on scheduled draws. Tickets purchased for a draw that does not proceed due to technical issues will be refunded to the player's balance.
- Live casino games are subject to the rules of the specific game as explained by the live dealer and displayed on the game interface. Where a dispute arises, the recorded game session is the definitive reference.
9 Fair Play & Prohibited Acts
f999 is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
- Colluding with other players to gain an advantage in poker, live games or sports betting markets.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in a game or the platform itself. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected error are not payable and will be reversed.
- Providing false identity information, using stolen payment details or engaging in any form of financial fraud in connection with your f999 account.
- Attempting to launder money through the platform in any form.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing f999 staff or other players through any communication channel.
Zero Tolerance: Any confirmed case of fraud, collusion or deliberate exploitation will result in permanent account closure. f999 reserves the right to report such activity to relevant authorities where required.
10 Privacy & Data
f999 collects and processes personal data provided during registration and during the use of its services. This data is used to operate your account, process transactions, prevent fraud, comply with anti-money laundering requirements and improve the platform experience. - f999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
- Transactional data, including deposit and withdrawal history, is retained for a minimum period as required by standard financial record-keeping practices.
- You may request a copy of the personal data f999 holds about you by contacting our support team. Identity verification will be required before any data is released.
11 Responsible Gaming
f999 takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. Gaming is meant to be an enjoyable form of entertainment and we want it to stay that way for everyone who uses our platform. If gaming ever stops feeling fun and starts feeling like a compulsion, a financial necessity or a source of stress, that is the moment to step back and seek support.
- Players may request deposit limits, session time reminders or a self-exclusion period by contacting f999 support. These requests will be acted upon promptly.
- Self-exclusion requests are taken seriously. Once a self-exclusion is in place, f999 will not accept deposits or bets from that account for the duration of the exclusion period.
- Players are encouraged to set a personal gaming budget before each session – an amount in PKR they are genuinely comfortable treating as entertainment spending – and to stop when that budget is reached.
- f999 does not offer credit or loans to players and does not encourage players to borrow money for the purpose of gambling.

12 Liability
f999 provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Planned maintenance, unexpected outages or third-party service disruptions may occasionally affect availability. f999 will attempt to give advance notice of planned downtime where possible.
- f999 is not liable for any losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand game rules, bonus terms or betting rules prior to participating.
- f999 is not responsible for connectivity issues, data charges or device malfunctions on the player's side that affect the gaming experience.
- In cases where a genuine technical fault on f999's side results in a player loss that would not otherwise have occurred, f999 will investigate and, where confirmed, restore the affected balance. Claims must be submitted to support within 48 hours of the incident.
- f999's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited and not yet played by that player at the time of the incident.
13 Changes to These Terms
f999 may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. For significant changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, f999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players through in-platform notifications or by the contact details registered to their account.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the f999 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with a change, you must stop using f999 and may close your account by contacting support.
